• HR Autopilot takes over and delivers the critical HR practices every business needs, including implementing the right HR policies, training, employee onboarding, and more.  Bambee also helps you provide regular feedback to your employees, and learn about employee concerns that they may not feel comfortable bringing directly to you.

• For more complex matters, your HR Manager will guide you every step of the way, and answer every question to make sure you’re covered. If you need to terminate an employee, we’ll talk you through the risks of doing so and help you do so safely. And once you join Bambee, we’ll be available for any future HR needs as long as you’re a member.
