Jessica has over 20 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle operations. She began her career as a medical biller and understands the importance of putting a strong foundation of systems and processes into place to achieve Provider’s goals. The skill and experience gained in building RCM foundations, allowed Jessica to grow into leadership roles, specializing in denial management, workflow implementation, and collections optimization. Jessica has been both a client and a vendor, and this helps her establish positive working relationships at all levels. Throughout her career, she has consistently met and exceeded all goals.
